Aims / Objectives

To meet the specific structure and demands of creative entrepreneurs the owner of the site, Grundstücksgesellschaft Kettwig Stausee (GGK), will develop a wide range of work places and working environments designed for the specific structure of the creative businesses. A new allocation strategy will offer customer-taylored space for short-term tenants as well as for long-term tenants and for temporary use. The GGK will furthermore term and establish a forum for events, meetings and exhibitons in order to develop the area once beeing a vivid part of urban life.
